Orion, a landmark project in the core business district of Kuala Lumpur, recently completed the full deployment of 3,000 Tenon A7X smart locks, becoming the first super-high-rise residential complex in Southeast Asia to apply 3D facial recognition smart locks in all scenarios. The project is located in the prime location of Jalan Tun Razak in the Golden Triangle Business District of Kuala Lumpur. It is invested and built by the UOA Group, a listed developer in Malaysia, and includes two 58-story diamond-level smart apartments.
The Tenon A7X series is particularly suitable for tropical rainy climates with its military-grade encryption chip and IP67 waterproof design. Its innovative dual power supply system (lithium battery + mechanical emergency power supply) ensures 99.99% operating stability and has successfully passed the Malaysian SIRIM QAS international certification. The project party said that Tenon was chosen because of its unique anti-tailgating alarm function, which can push abnormal unlocking records to the owner's APP in real time, perfectly meeting the security needs of high-end properties.
This cooperation marks the first time that a Chinese smart security brand has entered Malaysia's top real estate supply chain. Tenon also established a Southeast Asian technical service center in Kuala Lumpur to provide localized support for subsequent projects such as Penang EcoWorld.
