Intelligent Technology at the Core
Production begins with the door’s intelligent control system. Four imported PCB SMT production lines accurately integrate smart modules into the door structure, providing a reliable foundation for fingerprint, facial recognition, and app-based unlocking systems.

Rigorous Testing for Reliable Performance
Before leaving the factory, each door undergoes demanding quality tests, including:

• Durability testing: Up to 200,000 simulated opening and closing cycles
• Environmental testing: High and low temperatures, salt spray, and waterproof performance
• Security testing: Heavy-impact and structural strength tests
• These procedures ensure long-term stability, weather resistance, and dependable protection.

Craftsmanship Meets Modern Design
After completing all functional tests, experienced engineers carry out the final assembly. The doors combine a heavy-duty 1.6mm aluminum frame with Carbon-Crystal Graphene composite panels and a graphene homogeneous core, delivering strength, insulation, and durability.

The weather-resistant exterior is paired with a warm wood interior, creating a balance between security and refined design. An optional Smart Drop Seal can also close the bottom gap when the door is shut.
